THE ENTERPRISES
Emergency Medical Systems, Inc and EMS-TV Corporation are both privately
held, Michigan corporations located in Michigan that are presently
constructing a state-of-the-art emergency lifesaving media network,
called EMS-TV.
THE FLAGSHIP PRODUCT
EmergencyMedicalStation™
The EmergencyMedicalStation™ consists of a 37" X 20"
mounted cabinet which contains an various emergency medical equipment
and supplies, including a AED (Automated External Defibrillator),
a 17" LCD monitor, a button used to summon immediate medical
assistance, a video camera, and a visual / audio alarm.
The 17" LCD monitor will display advertisements, news, weather,
sports, educational health facts and community information, 24 hours
a day. Our point-of-purchase interactive EMS-TV Television Network
will also print coupons, rebates, sweepstakes entry forms, branded
health information, and other promotional materials.
The monitor will also be used so that, in the event of a medical
emergency, the rescuer can actually see and interact, in real-time,
with a live paramedic, who can assist in diagnosing, stabilizing
and alerting local EMS.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
EMS-TV has a complete and comprehensive portfolio of intellectual
rights containing patents, copyrights, trade dress, trademarks in
the United States and internationally.
